Megan is a consultant with extensive experience in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) compliance, Free Trade Agreements, trade advisement relative to other U.S. Federal Agency requirements, foreign Customs and export control requirements. Her comprehensive experience spans all aspects of both civil and criminal Customs law.

Experience:

Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Megan was a Customs Import Specialist and Special Agent for the U.S. Customs Service in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, PA. Her knowledge of both the civil and criminal implications of Customs regulations and laws, along with her knowledge of the internal workings of Customs operations has been and continues to be a great asset to our clients. As a former Customs officer, Megan maintains many liaisons with her former Customs colleagues that routinely generate efficiency and often develop into positive communications for our clients.
