As an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group, Marshall has a broad range of experience acting as both defense counsel and plaintiff’s counsel. Representative cases include prosecuting commercial foreclosure actions; representing major food producer in complex commercial arbitration proceeding against citrus broker; representing both commercial and residential landlords in a variety of landlord/tenant disputes; defending national corporations in product liability claims; and representing local clients in a variety of legal matters.

Marshall also has substantial experience representing several national banks in a large number of disputes in multiple counties throughout Florida. In addition, he has represented local community and condominium associations in a variety of matters including collections, contract disputes and actions for injunctive relief.

Marshall was selected to the Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in business litigation for 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Marshall was an associate at Quarles & Brady, LLP in Naples.
