Mark is Executive Vice President of Cohen & Grigsby. He concentrates his practice on negotiating and structuring mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and he serves as outside general corporate counsel for regional and national privately held companies, leveraged buyout private equity funds and mezzanine debt private funds and their portfolio companies.

Mark’s experience covers a broad range of matters, including leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, recapitalizations, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as mezzanine debt and other private equity capital transactions.

Mark has represented businesses and business owners, individual investors, institutional investors and private equity funds in these transactions.

In addition to providing day-to-day business legal advice for many companies, Mark also acts as a strategic business counselor to his clients as they are considering crucial business transactions or long-term investments.
