Marc is Senior Counsel of the Firm and a member of the Real Estate, Housing & Public Finance Group. He focuses his practice on affordable housing issues. Marc is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Marc represents housing authorities in the mixed-finance revitalization of communities and in matters involving HUD OIG. He drafted the First Intercreditor Agreement used in a mixed-finance transaction.
He has experience with transactions related to senior development, including assisted living, and has helped the non-elderly obtain disability benefits.
Marc has also helped clients utilize various funding sources, including HOME, CDBG, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, AHP, Historic Credits, Tax-Exempt Bonds, CFFP, Choice Neighborhoods, HOPE VI, RAD and Replacement Housing Factor Funds in mixed-finance transactions.
He has represented housing authorities across the United States, including the Memphis Housing Authority in Tennessee; the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; the City of Phoenix, Arizona; the Mckinney Housing Authority in Texas; and the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers, Florida.
Marc is a member of the National Association of Housing & Redevelopment Organization.
