Kimberly Hileman has over 10 years of experience working in the government affairs industry at the local, state and federal level. She has been successful in advising clients on various legislative issues and has the ability to bring the right people together to achieve sustained success for her clients. Kimberly has an impressive track record of securing state and local grants for her client’s capital and operating needs and executing effective government affairs strategies on their behalf.

In addition to legislative work, Kimberly has a unique expertise in successfully implementing economic development projects by providing a wide range of funding solutions and maximizing public support for real estate developers, nonprofits and municipalities. She works closely with clients to secure grants, loans, tax incentives and other public financing programs. Her expertise related to grant procurement and oversight of compliance and regulatory matters allows her to navigate the complex process of grant and loan application development, submission and post-award draw down for her clients.

Kimberly most recently served as a Senior Government Affairs Manager for a Pittsburgh lobbying firm. Prior to that, she was a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Mike Doyle in his Washington, D.C. office.
