Andrew has over 10 years of experience in government affairs. Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Andrew founded and served as Principal of Four Lights Research Solutions, LLC, a consulting company based in Harrisburg. Andrew also served Governor Tom Corbett’s administration as Executive Deputy Policy Director where he specialized in statewide policy matters such as correctional reform, gaming, liquor control, and transportation.

Andrew also formerly served as Legislative Liaison for the PA Office of Attorney General. Andrew advanced the Attorney General’s legislative agenda by authoring and advocating for legislation pertaining to various criminal offenses, firearms, animal welfare and consumer protection.

Andrew is also a Trustee of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
