Our attorneys regularly conduct supervisory and management training focused on areas such as compliance (including wage and hour, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA and Title VII), anti-harassment, workplace diversity, utilizing best practices in hiring, performance evaluations, discipline and discharge, and substance abuse. We also conduct employee anti-harassment training for our clients. Given the depth of our practice and experience, we frequently have training materials available that allow training on a broad array of subjects to be performed in a very cost-effective manner for our clients.
