Tax Deferred Exchanges and Qualified Opportunity Zones
We are experienced in structuring and closing tax deferred exchanges of real estate involving both forward exchanges and reverse exchanges under IRC Section 1031 as well as IRC Section 721 exchanges. Our real estate team works closely with nationally recognized qualified intermediaries to facilitate these transactions in an efficient and economical manner. We assist clients in evaluating real estate investment opportunities in areas designated as Qualified Opportunity Zones.
