We help clients protect their rights in original literary, dramatic, musical, pictorial, audiovisual, recorded and artistic works, as well as counsel clients on copyright issues related to software, digital media, and the Internet.

  • Preparing, prosecuting and maintaining patent and trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and international Patent and Trademark offices

  • Protecting trade secrets and confidential technology
  • Conducting searches to determine priority and availability of patents and trademarks and interpreting of potential conflicts or enforceability
