This seminar will focus on effective drafting and planning techniques to improve the chance of enforcement of noncompetes and nonsolicitation agreements. It will also discuss the political, legislative and legal challenges to non-competition agreements that have emerged as the result of overuse of the agreements with low-wage workers in the “gig economy.”
