On Tuesday, October 31, Maria Salvatori will speak as part of a panel entitled “Stuck in Dependency: The H-4 Visa and Its Limitations”. The H-4 Nonimmigrant Visa is a dependent visa that is available to the spouse and children under 21 years of age of the principal H-1B visa holder. The program will explore the H-4 Dependent Visa, its limitations, and the situations that it engenders for H-1B visa families.
The program will run from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., with registration and lunch beginning at 11:30 a.m. in the Koppers Building, lower-level, E.P. Mellon Room.
