Cohen & Grigsby Summer Associates Partner with Pittsburgh Cares for South Side Beautification Project
On Tuesday, July 22, all seven of Cohen & Grigsby’s summer associates completed a community service project through Pittsburgh Cares, a non-profit organization that connects volunteers with service projects in the community. The project took place at the South Side Riverfront Trail, where the summer associates, along with several Cohen & Grigsby employees, planted and weeded, cleaned up trash, and painted over graffiti. Every year, the firm’s summer associates are challenged to select and implement a community service project. The community service initiative is part of a broader effort to help the summer associates hone certain skills and abilities that can act as a complement to their legal education.
