Cohen & Grigsby Attorney Appointed to Collier County Bar Association Board of Directors

Andrew I. Solis Elected to Four-Year Term

PITTSBURGH, PA – August 2, 2011 – Cohen & Grigsby, a business law firm with headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA and an office in Bonita Springs, FL, is pleased to announce that Florida-based attorney Andrew Solis was recently appointed to the board of directors for the Collier County Bar Association. Solis was elected to his new position by popular vote of bar association members. His four-year term on the board is effective July 2011.

Solis is a director at the firm and concentrates his practice in the area of complex business and commercial litigation. His practice also includes construction, real property and land use litigation. Prior to his recent appointment, Solis served as immediate past chair of the Litigation Section of the Collier County Bar Association.

The Collier County Bar Association serves a membership of more than 600 attorneys in southwest Florida. The organization aims to serve its members and the community, enhance the legal profession and educate the public about the legal profession.
