NOW SHOWING, C&G Gallery presents VIRTUAL MATERIAL an Exhibition by Isaac Bower and curated by Jeff Jarzynka.
Isaac Bower is a visual artist. Thematically, much of Isaac’s artwork has explored the boundary between the natural and artificial world. Stylistically, his work has often employed the use of patterning and modular approaches. Isaac’s undergraduate education was rooted in ceramics, but he soon began to work with wood, found elements and later various mold-making and casting techniques. Since establishing his Pittsburgh studio in 2004, Isaac has completed a range of commission projects including sculpture, furniture, lighting, and custom architectural features. Beginning in 2017, his art practice has expanded to include interactive art forms and workshops within libraries, museums, senior centers, corporate and non-profit spaces.
