This notice describing the Privacy Policy of Cohen & Grigsby is being provided for your information and to satisfy this disclosure requirement. No action is required on your part.
Cohen and Grigsby is bound by professional standards of confidentiality that are far more stringent than those required by this new law. We have always protected, and will continue to vigorously protect, your right to privacy.
In the course of providing our clients with income, estate, and gift tax advice, assistance with residential real estate transactions, and many other services, we receive significant personal financial information from our clients, including social security numbers and income, asset, and investment information. If you are a client or former client of Cohen & Grigsby, you should know that all information that we receive from you is held in strict confidence and is not released to people or organizations outside the firm, except as agreed to by you or as required under an applicable law.
We retain records relating to professional services that we provide to you so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. Feedback / Mailing List Sign-Up
Our site's "Contact Us" section provides a form where users may provide us with feedback or comments about our website and/or sign-up for our mailing list.
