To assist attorneys in litigation management, the Firm uses a sophisticated litigation support system, which codes imaged documents, including transcripts and pleadings, into databases for better management and faster document identification and retrieval.  Documents can be loaded onto a laptop computer and used at remote deposition or courtroom locations, or are shared with clients and co-counsel via e-mail.
