    • Assisted international research and development client in the licensing and commercialization of antibody-drug conjugate technology designed to link cell-killing drugs to antibodies against tumor targets.
    • Developed patent strategy for cancer diagnostic company including securing of patents in cancer diagnostics.
    • Developed exclusive, worldwide, in-license of university owned genetically modified swine IP in the xenotransplantation field for transgenic technology company.
    • Drafted and negotiated licenses for antibody technology used in conjunction with development, commercialization, manufacture, marketing and sale for one of the world's leading innovative companies providing healthcare and medical products to people and animals.
    • Assisted a leading innovative healthcare company negotiate an agreement with a leading pharmaceutical company to provide for the parties' conversion of a prescription drug formulation into an over-the-counter drug formulation in the U.S.
    • Obtained patent protection and licensing rights for various medical device companies in the development of devices such as catheters, stents, orthopedic devices, and implantable pumps for drug delivery, including sensors that trigger the pump.
    • Assisted international research and development client in the acquisition of prescription acne product lines (in various formulations) by negotiating the purchase agreement and counseling the client in all aspects of the transaction.
    • Obtained patent protection and developed patent strategy for medical device company having technology that provides non-invasive measurements of cardiovascular health.
    • Developed and managed IP portfolio for healthcare software company, including securing patent, trademark, and copyright protection, licensing the IP, and advising on related business matters.
    • Secured patent protection throughout the world for industrial microbiology company whose technology utilizes nanotechnology, and drafted and negotiated licenses for out-licensing the technology, and enforced IP rights related to the technology. 
    • Assisted a large self-test diagnostic business acquire, through merger, a privately held manufacturer and marketer of a meter-based diabetes monitoring system and counseled in the related buyout of the target company's various classes of shareholders.
    • Assisted international research and development client in the development and commercialization of a pharmaceutical compound to target both tumor cells and the vascular supply to the tumor through the negotiation of a Collaboration Agreement and Co-Promotion Agreement with a U.S. pharmaceutical company.
    • Assisted biopharmaceutical company with various intellectual property
