Keeping up with the alphabet soup of employment laws - ADA, ADEA, COBRA, CRA, FCRA, FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, OSHA, or NLRA – can be a challenge for businesses, most particularly for small and growing employers.  We’ll review the panoply of employment laws and how and when they apply.  Attendees will be offered valuable practical recommendations for minimizing employment related claims through proper personnel practices and strategies.
