Ensuring compliance with Wage & Hour laws can be a demanding task, especially since the Department of Labor recently revised the regulations governing which salaried employees can be classified as exempt from overtime pay.  This presentation will analyze the requirements of the Wage and Hour Laws, including the most frequently misapplied provisions, and the new Fair Labor Strandards Act exemption regulations.  Practical guidance will be provided for complying with all aspects of the FLSA to minimize liability for failure to properly pay overtime and best practices and policies to advantage the FLSA.will be reviewed.
