Seeing the Big Picture – Don’t Let Discrimination and Workers’ Compensation Claims Blindside You

October 30, 2001

Sexual harassment and discrimination claims give rise not only to EEOC and PHRC charges, but also to companion workers' compensation claims.  Employers now face the challenge of how to best handle these multifaceted cases.  Unless the complex issues presented by these cases are recognized and addressed, employers may find themselves in the untenable position of resolving the harassment or discrimination claim only to still be exposed to a workers' compensation claim, or vice-versa.  This seminar will help employers to avoid potential pitfalls and will discuss insurance coverages available to enable employers to minimize the risk associated with these cases.
