Every day, companies are randomly chosen by the Immigration and Naturalization Service for Labor Condition Application ("LCA") and I-9 (Employment Verification) Form audits.  To avoid last-minute scrambling and worry over potential problems, you can now schedule a "mock" audit by a member of our Immigration Department.  As discussed at our recent Immigration Law seminar, Cohen & Grigsby routinely performs LCA and/or Form I-9 audits for clients; we assess the clients' current procedures for compliance with INS regulations and provide suggestions to improve and streamline such procedures.

Audits are conducted on site and usually take one day or less.  To provide you with the most cost effective and efficient legal services, the work is mainly performed by paralegals, which keeps the cost to typically $500-$1,000.
