Cohen & Grigsby Continues as State's Second-Busiest Bond Counsel

Cohen & Grigsby was the second most active bond counsel in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania during the first half of 2001, having served as bond counsel on $419 million of bond issues. The firm served as bond counsel on $606.4 million of municipal bond issues in 2000, the second most in Pennsylvania. Cohen & Grigsby has also served as underwriter's counsel, borrower's counsel and letter of credit bank counsel on other tax-exempt bond issues.
