Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. announces the addition of attorneys William E. Kelleher, Jr., Thomas D. Maxson, Tina L. Campo, and Jill L. Locnikar, formerly of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott. Mr. Kelleher and Mr. Maxson join Neil F. Siegel as partners, and Ms. Campo and Ms. Locnikar as associates.
William E. Kelleher, Jr. chairs the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group. Mr. Kelleher is a specialist in business bankruptcy law, certified by the American Board of Certification. His practice concentrates on all aspects of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, financing transactions and commercial law, as well as litigation. He earned a B.S. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975 and a J.D. (Law Review, associate editor) from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1979. Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Mr. Kelleher was the Chair of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Department at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott.
Thomas D. Maxson advises clients in several aspects of commercial law. His areas of practice involve secured transactions and related litigation, including bankruptcy law, mortgage foreclosure, enforcement of judgments, contract litigation, collection matters, and general corporate transactions. Mr. Maxson earned his B.A. from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1988 and his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1991. Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Mr. Maxson was an associate at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott.
Tina L. Campo concentrates her practice on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and general commercial litigation. In bankruptcy proceedings, she generally represents creditors and is experienced in pursuing claims in bankruptcy, moving for relief from stay and recovering collateral, prosecuting non-dischargeability actions, defending preference and other actions brought on behalf of the bankruptcy estate against creditors and serving on creditors’ committees. Ms. Campo earned her B.A. in Political Science (with high honors) from Rutgers - The State University of New Jersey at Camden in 1990 and her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1994. Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Ms. Campo was an associate at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, where she served on the hiring and diversity committees.
Jill L. Locnikar focuses her practice on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and general commercial litigation. Ms. Locnikar earned her B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago in 1989 and her J.D. (cum laude, Law Review) from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2000. Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Ms. Locnikar was an associate at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott.
