Mary Ann DiIanni concentrates her practice in the area of general civil litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. DiIanni received her B.S. from Pennsylvania State University in 1982 and her J.D. (Law Review) from Duquesne University School of Law in 1993. She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. Mary Ann resides in the City of Pittsburgh.
Lisa Garrett Harry concentrates her practice in the area of labor and employment law, focusing on defense of claims before federal, state and local administrative agencies, employment litigation and providing general labor and employment law advice. She received her B.A. (summa cum laude) from the University of Pittsburgh in 1991 and her J.D. (with honors; Member, North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation) from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1994. Kerrin McCormick Kowach concentrates her practice in the area of complex civil litigation, including general commercial and securities actions. She received her B.A. (magna cum laude) from Villanova University in 1990 and her J.D. (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) from Georgetown University in 1993. Ms. Kowach is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. Kerrin resides in Shadyside.
Brian T. (“Ted”) Licastro concentrates his practice in the area of complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, including litigation involving trade secrets and non-competition agreements. Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Ted was a law clerk to the Honorable Theodore G. Bloom of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and a prosecutor with the State's Attorney's Office for Charles County, Maryland. Mr. Licastro received his B.S. in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University in 1991 and his J.D. from the George Washington University National Law Center in 1994. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ted resides in Ross Township.
Kelly R. Vehec practices in the area of general corporate law, focusing on commercial transactions, real estate and public finance. Ms. Vehec received her B.S. B.A. from Duquesne University in 1990 and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1993. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. Kelly resides in West Mifflin.
