Cohen & Grigsby Attorney Appointments

PITTSBURGH, PA - Valerie S. Faeth, a Partner and member of the Labor and Employment and Litigation Groups at Cohen & Grigsby, was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the Arsenal Family & Children’s Center.

Ms. Faeth is a workers’ compensation attorney whose practice is devoted to representing employers in workers’ compensation litigation. She also counsels employers regarding employment issues and has authored articles and lectured on the topic of workers’ compensation before numerous professional organizations. Ms. Faeth resides in Upper St. Clair.

John E. Lyncheski, chair of the Healthcare Practice Group and senior member of the Labor & Employment Group at Cohen & Grigsby, was recently appointed as Vice Chair of the Labor, OSHA, and Human Resources Committee of the American Health Lawyers Association. Mr. Lyncheski said, “I am pleased to serve in this position and hope my experience of 25-plus years as a management labor relations lawyer will be an added value to the Committee and the Association.”

One of the founding members of Cohen & Grigsby, P.C., Mr. Lyncheski is Vice President of Legal Personnel. He counsels management and employers throughout the U.S. on labor and employment matters. Mr. Lyncheski has been selected for The Best Lawyers in America and for Who’s Who in American Law. Besides having a prominent history as a national public speaker, he has authored more than 100 regional and national articles on labor and employment law topics. Mr. Lyncheski resides in Hanover Township, Beaver County.
