Cohen & Grigsby Appoints New Litigation Group Head

PITTSBURGH, PA - Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. announces the appointment of Robert M. Linn as Head of the Litigation Group.

Cohen & Grigsby’s Litigation Group is comprised of 38 attorneys representing clients in traditional commercial and business disputes as well as business breakups, antitrust claims, Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) claims, unfair competition, intellectual property, securities and shareholders matters, and a variety of other complex litigation matters.

Mr. Linn, also chair of the firm’s Professionalism Committee, represents a wide range of corporate and individual clients in litigating non-compete, trade secret, and other commercial and employment-related issues. Bob received his B.A. from Brown University in 1980 and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1985. Mr. Linn is an avid marathoner and resides with his family in Regent Square.
