Cohen & Grigsby Adds Attorneys April 21, 2004PITTSBURGH, PA - Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. announces the addition of two attorneys to the Firm.
Andrew T. Flowers joins the firm as an associate in the Business Group. Mr. Flowers concentrates his practice in representing and counseling clients in a wide range of business transactions in corporate and computer law, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, business structure, formation and development, electronic commerce, and technology development and licensing. Andrew earned his J.D. (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, Law Review) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1993 and his B.A. from Colgate University in 1990. He is a member of ProArts Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University’s Robert E. Jones Center for Entrepreneurship Technology Commercialization executive course. Andrew is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and a member of the Negotiated Acquisitions Committee, Cyberspace Law Committee, and Revised Model Stock Purchase Agreement Task Force of the American Bar Association. Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Mr. Flowers was an associate with the law firm of Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling in Pittsburgh. He resides in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, where he serves as a council person on the Sewickley Borough Council.
Jennifer S. Park joins the firm as an associate in the Litigation Group. Ms. Park concentrates her practice in general commercial litigation, antitrust and trade litigation and regulation, and product liability. She earned her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center (Georgetown International Environmental Law Review) in 2001 and her B.A. (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Bank Austria National Stipend Award, Ethel Folger Williams Prize in German Literature, Natalie Wippinger Prize in German Literature) from Wellesley College in 1996. Jennifer is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is proficient in German. Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Ms. Park was an associate with the law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll in Pittsburgh. She resides in the Shadyside area of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
