Cohen & Grigsby Adds Attorney

Pittsburgh, PA - Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. announces the addition of an attorney to its Pittsburgh Office.  

Richard L. Fruehauf joins as an Associate in the Firm’s Business Group, where he will concentrate his practice in international trade and transactions, financial institutions and commercial lending, customs and export and other regulatory and transactional areas.  He earned his J.D. (Order of the Coif; Articles Editor, Virginia Law Review; Editorial Board, Virginia Journal of International Law) from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1997, his M.A. in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government in 1991, and his B.S. in Foreign Service (magna cum laude; Phi Beta Kappa) from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in 1989.  Mr. Fruehauf is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the U.S. District Court for District of Columbia.  He has also worked as an associate with the law firm of Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C. and as a foreign affairs officer with the U.S. Department of State.  Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Mr. Fruehauf was associate counsel with Alcoa, Inc. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He resides in Sewickley, Pennsylvania.
