Richard Nelson, II To Be Included In Super Lawyer - Corporate Counsel Edition

Nelson, director and a founding member of Cohen & Grigsby, concentrates his practice in the area of complex, high-stakes business litigation. He concentrates his practice in defending accounting firms, brokerage firms, financial institutions and other companies accused of committing securities law violations. He received his J.D. (with honors) from the University of North Carolina and his B.A. (summa cum laude), political science, from Pennsylvania State University.
