Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Attorney Achieves Recertification in Business Bankruptcy Law October 4, 2007Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. is pleased to announce that William E. Kelleher, Jr. has been recertified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. Kelleher was initially certified in 1996 and has been certified each year since.

Kelleher chairs the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group, which concentrates on all aspects of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, financing transactions and commercial law, as well as litigation. He is also a member of the firm’s Shareholders Council. Kelleher earned his J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law and his B.S. in economics and political science from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a member of multiple Bar Associations, including the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third, Fifth, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits; the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; and the U.S. District Courts in the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan. He also has been named a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer” by Philadelphia Magazine.
