PITTSBURGH, PA - Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. was again ranked in the top five corporate law firms in Pittsburgh by Corporate Board Member magazine.  The ranking was based on a survey of more than 26,000 directors serving on boards of publicly-traded companies listed with the NASDAQ, New York, or American Stock Exchanges.  The board members in 50 metropolitan areas were asked to identify the law firms that they would most likely select to aid their companies on a broad range of corporate legal issues.
