PITTSBURGH, PA - Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. was again ranked in the top five corporate law firms in Pittsburgh by Corporate Board Member magazine.  The list identifies the top five local firms in 50 major U.S. cities, as selected by directors of publicly-traded companies listed with the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, or American Stock Exchange.  The respondents were asked to identify the law firms that they would most likely select to aid their companies on a broad range of corporate legal issues.
