Cohen & Grigsby Elects New Director August 3, 2005Pittsburgh, PA - Cohen & Grigsby is pleased to announce that Andrew T. Flowers was recently elected as a Director (partner) in the law firm of Cohen & Grigsby, P.C.
Andrew T. Flowers concentrates his practice in representing and counseling clients in a wide range of business transactions and corporate compliance, with particular focus in emerging growth companies and technology start-ups, mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, angel and venture capital financings, and technology development and licensing. Andy earned his J.D. (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, Law Review) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1993 and his B.A. from Colgate University in 1990. He is a member of ProArts Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and a graduate of the Technology Commercialization executive course at Carnegie Mellon University’s Donald H. Jones Center for Entrepreneurship. Andy is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Negotiated Acquisitions Committee, Cyberspace Law Committee, and Revised Model Stock Purchase Agreement Task Force of the American Bar Association. Andy lives in Sewickley, Pennsylvania with his wife and three sons, where he serves as a council person on the Sewickley Borough Council.
