Tom represents clients in various aspects of commercial law, including secured lending transactions, bankruptcy, preference and fraudulent transfer actions, mortgage foreclosures, enforcement of judgments, contract litigation, collection matters, commercial lien disputes and general corporate transactions. Tom is a member of the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights and Litigation Groups.
