Mark practices in the transactional, corporate and securities areas.  His practice involves matters for public and private companies, including public and private merger transactions, acquisitions and divestitures of subsidiaries and divisions, internal reorganization transactions, domestic and international joint venture transactions, and venture capital financing transactions.  Mark also has experience representing clients in both public and private sales of securities.

Experience

Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Mark was an associate at two Am Law 100 firms – Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Reed Smith LLP – and prior to attending law school, Mark obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and spent two years working at a “Big Six” public accounting firm.

Mark is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and participates in the “Stepping Out” program aimed at benefiting local high school seniors.
