Marc is Counsel of the firm and a member of the Affordable Housing, Business and Public Finance Groups. He specializes in affordable housing issues. Marc is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Experience
Marc represents housing authorities in the mixed-finance revitalization of communities and in disputes with HUD OIG. He also represents developers in mixed-finance revitalization. He drafted a First Intercreditor Agreement used in a mixed-finance transaction.
He has experience with transactions related to senior development, including assisted living, and has helped the non-elderly obtain disability benefits.
Marc has also helped clients utilize numerous funding sources, including HOME, CDBG, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, AHP, Historical Credits, Tax-Exempt Bonds, CFFP and Replacement Housing Factor Funds.
He has represented housing authorities across the United States, including the Broward County Housing Authority in Florida; the Housing Authority of Newport, Kentucky; the City of Phoenix, Arizona; and the Wheeling Housing Authority in West Virginia.
