Lindsay is an Associate in the Business Group and focuses her practice on financial transactions, including commercial lending, leasing arrangements and structured finance. Lindsay regularly represents lenders, administrative and collateral agents, participant banks, issuers and borrowers in deals ranging from leveraged finance acquisitions to project financing to working capital facilities.

In addition to financing and leasing arrangements, Lindsay’s experience on behalf of corporate clients includes strategic transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, securities matters (including offerings and regulatory compliance) and general corporate matters.

Additional Roles

Lindsay is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is also a clinic volunteer for Christian Legal Aid of Pittsburgh.

Honors and Achievements

In 2006, Lindsay wrote "NCAA: A Lesson in Cartel Behavior and Antitrust Regulation" for the Tennessee Journal of Business Law, the Tennessee School of Law.

She also co-authored two articles in 2006, including "The 2005 Securities Offering Reform" for the Cohen & Grigsby Review and "Securities Offering Reform –101" for the Ninth Annual Federal Securities Law Forum of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
