Leah researches, analyzes and assists in successfully litigating various business and commercial lawsuits including, but not limited to, general breach of contract actions and shareholder disputes. She also has experience appealing governmental determinations pursuant to the Right to Know Law, the Election Code and the Eminent Domain Code.
In addition, Leah researches and drafts civil motions, petitions, trial briefs and appellate briefs for both Pennsylvania state and federal courts.
