Jessi is an Associate and a member of the ERISA and Employee Benefits and Labor and Employment Groups. She gained experience working for the U.S. Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission before she began her legal career. Today, she represents and counsels employers on a wide range of employment-related matters.

Experience

Jessi was a summer associate at Cohen & Grigsby in 2006 and began working full-time at the firm in 2007.

She served as an intern for the Neighborhood Legal Services Association in Pittsburgh in 2005. Earlier that same year, she was a field placement intern for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor, in Atlanta, Georgia.

She began honing her legal researching skills in 2004 and 2005 by working as a research assistant for Professor Frank S. Alexander at the Emory University School of Law.

In 2004, Jessi was also an intern in the Hearings Unit of the Atlanta District Office for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
