Jennifer's practice is devoted exclusively to general commer­cial litigation. Her areas of concentration include corporate theft litigation, commercial real estate disputes, eminent domain, and public hous­ing authority representation. She is a Director and a member of the Litigation Group.

Experience

Jennifer has represented property owners, tenants, contrac­tors, subcontractors, utilities and municipalities in various real property, lease and other disputes. In addition, she has represented numerous clients in commercial disputes in a wide variety of industry set­tings, including equipment man­ufacturing, technology licensing, vehicle manufacturing, the franchise industry and construction
