An attorney with nearly three decades of experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance, Jack Elliott provides a strong, steady hand as Cohen & Grigsby’s President and CEO. Jack joined Cohen & Grigsby in 1990 and was named President and CEO in 2003. He served in roles as chief financial officer as well as executive Vice President prior to his becoming CEO. As managing director of the firm, Jack is charged with articulating and implementing the firm’s strategic direction in terms of client services, new business acquisition, recruitment, expansion and operations.

Jack’s business acumen and leadership capabilities have helped secure Cohen & Grigsby’s formidable position in the marketplace.
