Dan is an associate in the Business, Private Equity and Mezzanine Financing Groups where his practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine financing and general corporate matters such as the preparation of various commercial agreements.  Dan has played a role in a number of private equity and mezzanine finance, lending, commercial and real estate transactions. He has recently been involved in oil and gas matters including title, sale and purchase of oil and gas rights.

Prior to receiving his law degree, he worked as a summer associate at Cohen & Grigsby.  Prior to attending law school Dan worked at Citi where he was a member of the Technology Infrastructure team.

  • Representation of clients in M&A transactions in both buy and sell side deals 
  • Representation of clients in mezzanine financing transactions
  • Representation of clients in the oil and gas sector related to commercial agreements and the transfer of oil and gas rights
