Christopher G. Thel

Chris is a Director in the firm’s Business and Tax Group.  His practice focuses on transactional and general corporate matters.  He specializes in representing strategic and financial clients in transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, joint ventures and private securities offerings.  Chris also routinely advises clients in connection with various commercial transactions and general corporate matters.  He has represented investors, private equity funds, public companies and privately held businesses in variety of manufacturing, service, chemical, technology and other industries.

Chris also represents borrowers, banks and mezzanine lenders in secured and unsecured financing transactions.
