As an Associate in the Business Group, Ben has worked with emerging and established businesses through their numerous stages of growth, business planning and corporate governance.  He has been actively involved in acquisitions, technology and licensing agreements and other transactions.

Experience

Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby in 2010, Ben was an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Pittsburgh.

In 2005, he was a summer law clerk for the Honorable Judge Kevin G. Sasinoski of the Court of Common Pleas Criminal Division.
