As a director in the
Firm's Business Group, Mr. Naccarato concentrates his practice in the area
of taxation, mergers and acquisitions and international business. Mr. Naccarato’s tax practice includes the
representation of clients in federal corporate, partnership and international
tax matters as well as federal and state tax controversies. Mr. Naccarato also provides advice regarding
entity formation and structuring and documenting mergers, acquisitions and
divestitures.
