As a director in the Firm's Business and Tax Group, Chris concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, pharmaceutical and bio-tech licensing arrangements and other complex commercial transactions. Chris is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law and was a legal intern for Bayer Corporation while attending law school.
