As an associate in the Firm's Litigation Group, Mr. Hajek focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including business torts and contractual disputes, employment disputes, insurance coverage disputes, real estate litigation, and construction litigation. Mr. Hajek began his practice with the Firm's Pittsburgh office in 1999, but relocated his primary practice to the Firm's Florida offices in 2004.
