Ms. Lin concentrates her practice in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and general corporate law.  Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, she was an associate with the law firm of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP in Philadelphia.
