Mr. Linn represents a wide range of corporate and individual clients in the federal and state courts.  He also chairs the Firm’s Professionalism Committee.

Bob’s areas of concentration include:

  • Intellectual property litigation involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, copyright, trademark and false advertising issues
  • Complex commercial litigation
  • Banking litigation
