Mr. Kalson is chair of the Emerging Business Group, concentrating his practice on providing general business and tax counsel to life science, information technology and other emerging companies, venture capital funds, and institutions engaged in business and technology spin-offs.  He also has significant experience in international transactional planning.  Mr. Kalson is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for business and technology.
